If you are not happy with the contents of your e-book for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
Send an email to info@wristchamp.com within 30 days of your purchase.
Include your Order Number (found in your confirmation email) in the subject line or body of the email.
Optionally, let us know why the content did not meet your expectations (this helps us improve, but is not required for the refund).
3. Processing Time
Once your request is received, we will inspect the order details and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.
4. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, such as repetitive refund requests from the same customer or clear evidence of "friendly fraud" (purchasing and refunding multiple titles systematically).
5. Non-Financial Performance
Please note that refunds are granted based on your satisfaction with the educational value and presentation of the material.
